Information Sketchy processes

To run a game, Sketchy processes the painter name you choose, your room membership, selected avatar and color, game settings, votes, and drawing strokes. It also creates a temporary player identifier and rejoin token.

How information is used

This information is used only to create rooms, synchronize the shared game, reconnect players, enforce turns, and display results.

Storage and retention

Active room data is held temporarily in server memory and is removed when the room expires or the server restarts. A rejoin token is stored in your browser’s session storage for the current tab. Hosting and security providers may temporarily process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser details, and error information.

Sharing

Sketchy does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers as needed to operate and secure the service. When launched through Discord, Discord separately processes information under its own privacy policy.

Children

Sketchy is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord or online services in their country.

Your choices

You can leave a room and close the Activity at any time. Closing the tab clears its session-storage rejoin token. Room information is automatically removed when the temporary room expires.

This policy may be updated as Sketchy develops. For privacy questions, use the support contact provided on Sketchy’s Discord application profile.
